Energized by its accelerated growth, Lytron, a global leader in the manufacture of thermal management systems and components, needed to significantly expand its facilities in Woburn, MA. The purchase of an existing two-story 12,000 square foot office building next to its Woburn facility allowed it to expand its operation to 115,000 square feet of administrative and office space. Senate Construction executed the extensive three-phase design/engineering plan of building modification, renovation, and ground-up new construction, while allowing the company to continue their manufacturing and business operations with minimal disruption – all in just 10 weeks’ time.

In addition, Senate Construction:

• facilitated the move of corporate administrative staff to the new office area during the construction period
• managed a comprehensive safety program to protect Lytron’s workforce, visitors, and construction personnel during construction
