Senate completed turnkey construction ready for move-in – within the required timeframe – of an energy-efficient building that minimizes maintenance, while also increasing the efficiency of the operations.

The project team planned and built a new office/warehouse facility within one year, allowing the owner to move in and begin to build equity. This design/build construction included evaluating the proposed land site (including soil analysis), working through the permitting process, budgeting, environmental certification and construction documentation for bank financing, and clear and timely communication with owner while enabling him to focus on running his business.
