Project: Design-Build renovation of existing stable into offices for Buildings and Grounds staff. Three-phase approach developed by Linbeck, the school's project manager, for consolidation of operations in four (4) buildings into operations under one roof.

- Value engineered recommendations to aid Client in maintaining budget

- Historic Commission approval and building permit
