Comcast Operation Center – Boston, MA

Comcast Corporation, the nation’s leading provider of cable, entertainment and communications products and services needed a new and larger regional operations center. Senate converted a more than 50-year-old, 70,000 sq.ft. warehouse into a state-of-the art operations center.

The project schedule called for total interior demolition and major reconstruction of the utilities, concrete floors, roofing, mechanical and electrical systems prior to the build-out of the offices, conference rooms, training areas and cafeterias.

Working closely with the landlord, tenant and project architect, Senate Construction began the interior and exterior work in mid-winter and completed the building for occupancy within six months.
