News & Events Senate Construction Employees Receive Certification On June 22, 2010, Bill Hamel, Senior Project Manager of Senate Construction became LEED Green Associate Certified which is the first step in becoming LEED AP. On June 29, 2010, Jon Karp, Director of Senate Construction’s Small Projects Division and Joel Delorey, Project Superintendent with Senate became EPA Certified Renovators.
